Casting
machine for WCs and bidet with on foot demouding, washbasins, pedestals and sanitary-ware accessories The
system allows the casting of WCs and bidet with on foot demoulding and
ceramic pieces
realised with two parts casting moulds closed between two hydraulic
heads according to programmed and programmable in real time cycles.
The plant is composed of an inclined metallic frame as support for the
moulds, a casting plant for the slip distribution, a plant for the
distribution of warm air for the draining of the moulds, a SEMI-AUTOMATIC
DEMOULDING DEVICE, deposit benches
for the storage of cast pieces and a chamber drying system for the
drying of the moulds so to allow few casting cycles a day.

| Automatic
demoulding device for casting
machine for WCs and bidet with on foot demoulding and transfer on deposit
bench The machine has
been specifically designed to allows the
demoulding on foot and the transfer on deposit benches of WCs
and bidet
realised vertically with two parts casting moulds closed between two hydraulic
heads. The device is able to realise all operations required for the
complete demoulding and transferring in semi-automatic manner with present
operator controls. The motor installed on the device is
controlled by means of an inverter with possibility of variation of
forces and speeds so to better match the needs of the
production.
With this
controller all handling procedures are highly accurate, despite the
high average speed.

Casting
machine for ceramic tanks, lids and bath accessories
The
system allows the casting and demoulding of ceramic tanks, lids,
pedestals, sinks and bath accessories realised with two parts casting moulds
with vertical closing.
The plant is composed of a metallic frame as support for the
moulds, a casting plant for the slip distribution, a plant for the
distribution of warm air for the draining of the moulds, an eventual
transfer device, deposit benches
for the storage of cast pieces and a chamber drying system for the
drying of the moulds so to allow few casting cycles a day.

| Multi-level chain-belt
deposit benches Deposit
benches are made up of a metal framework
serving both as a support structure and as a
guide for roller chains with angled supports.
On each level ride three pairs of chains
coupled with ledges, positioned with step 100
mm, in such a manner to realise a continuous
chain-belt. At the two opposite ends of the
levels, composed with more modulus with length
6 m, are positioned two symmetrical, with the
same characteristics of the previous. On each
are mounted motoreducers which transmit the
power to the roller chains by means of a live
shaft on which are mounted two chain gears.

Elevators
for multi-level chain-belt deposit benches Elevators
are realised to function coupled with the deposit
bench, of whom they respect dimension and
characteristics. The positioning of the mobile frame
of the elevators to the correct level of the deposit
bench is made in complete automatic manner by a
programmed logic controlled by means of a PLC or in
semiautomatic manner by means of joy-sticks and
proximity switches related to correct level positions.

Movable
propeller stirrer for glue, glaze and
slip
The
machine is realised for the mixing of
slips, glazes, paints and is made in
particular for ceramic plants, but it
may be used in various type of
industries. The system has been
realised with first quality components
to satisfy mobility, safety,
simplicity and functionality. The
propeller shaft is driven by means of
a 6 poles 1.1 kW motor controlled in
frequency by an inverter positioned
inside the main board. Revolution
speed may be varied between 200 and
1200 rpm.

Thermo-heated and thermo-regulated
storage tank for slip with stirrer The machine has
been realised so to keep in suspension at constant
temperature mixes of liquids and solids, in particular
glazes and slips for ceramic industries. It is
composed of two concentric circular tanks in stainless
steel. into the main and inner tank is kept in
suspension the mix by mean of a stirrer, meanwhile the
mix is heated across the internal face, due to the hot
thermo-heated water re-circulated into the concentric
outer tank. The process is controlled by means of a programmable
logic unit that controls the heat exchanger mounted on
the system.

Rotating ball mills
They are realised in metallic
carpentry and/or welded steel sheets in
function of dimensions and technical characteristics.
Transmissions are made by means of trapezoidal
belts and motoreducer with eventual insertion
of oleo-dynamic joint for big dimensions. On
all types is mounted a counter to pre-select
number of revolution and for big dimensions
the mills are provided with stationary break.

Water-film
stainless steel booths for glazing,
finishing and inspection of ceramic cast pieces The
booths are realised for the glazing,
finishing or inspection of ceramic
cast pieces and are composed of a
working section and a filtering
section, both realised in stainless
steel and equipped with: lighting
apparatus, labyrinth filter for
recovery of the
"over-spray", skips of
stainless steel for containing the excess
of glaze, stainless steel tank, water
circulation system complete of
centrifugal pump, set of nozzles, labyrinth
filter for drops separation, axial fan
for air extraction and electric
control board. In
the working section is positioned a
turntable operated by means of a free
wheel on the front of the booth. On
the turntable are positioned the
pieces object of the job.

| Drying system
for plaster moulds The
dryer is divided in few separated
chambers and is realised in masonry or
with metallic frame and
thermo-insulated panels with 40 mm
thickness. The warm air generator and
the air extractors are positioned at
the front side of the of the chambers
and the side-walls of each chamber are
built in galvanised perforated sheets,
through which the air is blown on the
pallets inside the chambers. A channel
set on the chambers centreline makes
an opposite operation, by sucking the
air blown by the walls; the air flow
crosses the pallets. The connecting
piping to the blowing chambers or
sucking chambers are made of
galvanised sheet, with rock-wool and
aluminium coating. The all system
is automatically commanded and
controlled by the main electric board.
